TwIN PEAKS ENHANCES SCENIC VIEWS IN HOUSTON

DALLAS (August 5, 2013) – Twin Peaks, the Dallas-based mountain lodge-style sports restaurant, recently opened its fourth Houston-area restaurant at 18310 Interstate 45 in Shenandoah as the concepts first “Mega Peaks” location in Texas.

At 14,000+ square feet with two floors, over 130 high-definition televisions and three full-service bars serving 32 ice-cold beers on tap, Twin Peaks Shenandoah is the ultimate sports-watching destination. The restaurant also features a year-round courtyard and fire pit, a second floor balcony and a private “man-cave” party room.

“It’s very fitting for us to open our first Texas ‘Mega Peaks’ location in Shenandoah because Houston is one of our biggest markets,” said Kristen Colby, Senior Director of Marketing at Twin Peaks. “With double the bars and televisions, tons of seating and a comfortable patio, Twin Peaks Shenandoah is a total hot spot for sports fans to enjoy their favorite games.”

Known for its man-cave setting and friendly Twin Peaks Girls, Twin Peaks Shenandoah is now home to almost 200 Twin Peaks Girls. The comfort food menu offers hearty American favorites from it’s made-from-scratch kitchen like slow-roasted Ribeye Pot Roast and house-breaded Chicken-Fried Steak, alongside Twin Peaks favorites like the tempting Hangover Burger and BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos.

“Twin Peaks has a huge fan following in Houston and now was the perfect time to say ‘thank you’ with another awesome restaurant,” said Ricky Rosa, COO of Avalanche Food Group who owns and operates the Shenandoah location. “Everything is bigger and better in Texas so we’re definitely excited to give our guests an even larger taste of everything we have to offer.”

Twin Peaks Shenandoah is open everyday: Sun-Wed from 11am to midnight and Thurs-Sat from 11am to 2am. Local information is available at facebook.com/TwinPeaksShenandoah or call (936) 273-8946.
