Jason Passmore joined AFG after having over 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry! He has opened more than a dozen restaurants nationwide as Landry’s Corporate Beverage Trainer then went on to oversee the beverage standards for the entire Joe’s Crab Shack train and also revamped the entire standard and operating system at Las Vegas’ Golden Nugget casino after it’s purchase by Landry’s Holdings. Passmore has also worked with well known brands from Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Brick House Tavern & Tapp developing their beverage program from the ground up, including bar design and brand development and training.
Currently, Jason is the Director of Operations here at AFG and oversees the Southside Houston locations and the Indianapolis market of our day-to-day restaurant operations.
